Viet Nam is becoming an attractive destination for foreign investors in innovative and creative start-ups, attendees said at a workshop in Ha Noi on Friday.
Viet Nam''s projects involved in the development of the start-up
ecosystem will receive funding and human resource assistance from the
Viet Nam-Finland Innovation Partnership Programme Phase Two (IPP2) in
2016
A total amount of 11 million euros (US$13.5 million) will be channeled
into the second phase of the Finland Innovation Partnership Programme in
Viet Nam, officials have announced.
